I recently approved a friend request, but when I try to share my library, I am geting a 422 error. Another weird thing is when I click on the share library, her name is listed in the friends without access, but when I click on her name… the continue button is still greyed out. But when I search for her name and then click on it in the filtered list in the my friends without access… then I can click the continue button. But when I try and share ALL Libraries, just movies, or just tv… I always get a 422 error. Haven’t had any issues before sharing my libraries. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. (Have tried un-friending and then re-friending too. Still same 422 error)
I was using the website plex.tv to grant access and I only have a dozen or so friends/shares. So, dont think it was either of those. Weird thing, I just checked plex and now the account is shared and has library access and I can add/remove access without error now. I havent done anything since I got the 422 errors, but somehow plex fixed itself.
I have the same problem, with only one friend. I try to grant library access to friend via “app.plex.tv”, and get “There was an unexpected error” after click submit button.
