Program Guide visible for all users

I just recently setup an HD Homerun Quatro tuner with Plex. It all works as expected and is quite easy to use. In my configuration, I have 3 additional managed users setup. When logging in as any of them I do not have access to Program or Recording Schedule on any device or through the web app. This essentially means that only 1 user has the ability to watch live TV. Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere to enable this for all users?

The program guide and Live TV are currently only available to the Admin account on the server. You might want to search the forum for similar questions before posting a new question. This question has been asked several times on the forum and there was actually another similar question that was asked 3 days ago that someone replied on today so the question is in the list of recent questions in the DVR & LIve TV section, 8 questions below your post.
