Shield TV client crashes when opening an item

When I try to open a particular item from dashboard, the client keeps crashing. It contains 2 media files. They open fine on web client
Logs & xml of items attached

I’ve tried optimise database & reboots to no avail

Not sure if useful but just to add that this is a DVR recording & it’s optimised version

Thanks for reporting, can you clarify if you only see this on a particular file and not all of your videos?

Would you be able to create a sample of the file and we can investigate why it’s crashing?

If it’s an mkv split it with mkvtoolnix into a 30s sample.

Unfortunately I’ve since deleted these files. I’ll keep an eye out for a
repeat & will do this. Thanks
