Short Videos not always marked as played even though they have been played all the way through

Plex leaving episodes marked not fully watched when progress is 99.6% watched

Server Version#: 1.28.2.6106 Player Version#: Shield 9.7.0.34811 My plex players keep leaving shows marked as not completely watched when there are e.g. 11 seconds left in a 44 minute show. I don’t want the On Deck/Continue Watching option to offer to show me the last 11 seconds of the credits from the last episode I watched. Sounds like the same bug

There are other links in that post. It happens on several Fire Tv’s connected to my server.

I haven’t had my Shield connected in a long time so I’m not sure if it happens on there or not

It started for me on short videos but now it does it on random episodes of any length

I can’t find a pattern. Videos encoded at the same time, same settings, same length, and it happens to some but not others
