if you are trying to stream 4k content, then the top 2 problems are HD audio and subtitles.
you can choose a different audio stream (ie dolbydigital/dts 5.1 or stereo) and/or ensure that subtitles are disabled.
also, smart tvs typically have 100m ethernet, which is often not fast enough for 4k bluray rips.
