If I +1 this again, will that help this get implemented? :) like Plexwatch/web but native, built into plex. It'd be so incredible.. Please make it so!
+1.. need that Now Playing History!!
Plex notify in the development section of the forum.
It would be useful to see the IP address of the user directly in the interface and be able to create a whitelist/blacklist of these IPs

Why? Just remove the user from accessing your PMS???

You didn't "LIKE" the first post, at least, I can't find you in the past few days list.
Everyone, posting here isn't as good a vote as "like this post" button on the first post requesting the feature.
See "Rules for this forum (Inc. How to Vote.) ", especially #2.
Sure, it may bring the discussion to the front for a day, but the Like button on first post is the way intended.

+1 here..
AND 'Liked' the first post to upvote it.
I would find this/these features really nice for library management as well. If I can see which videos are being requested by users of my PMS instance I have an indicator signaling not to delete those.
This suggestion might have been mentioned earlier in this thread, I have'nt had the time to look it through. Sorry if that's the case..
I have my Plex shared with family/friends and some sessions seems to get stuck every now and then.. One users sessions "User X playing Movie Y" can be visible in "Activities" for a couple of days and that annoys me. It would be great if I could be able to terminate those sessions. Please note that refreshing the webpage with ctrl+f5 (clearing cache) doesn't resolve the issue.
That’s client end. Usually haven’t stopped the content properly and just left it.
Still would be nice to be able to kill those sessions easily. That's client end. Usually haven't stopped the content properly and just left it.

When he's saying it's a client end, he's saying it's something Plex needs to fix. The only way you can remedy this is to either temporarily disable your network connection or Plex Media Server, each time. No one wants to do that.

+1 Although, another nice feature (Which seems reasonable, especially from the server side)Having full management/control over remote users connections to your plex server.
It would be nice to - control individual sessions bit-rate, not just globally. Terminate a session server side. Put bandwidth quotas in place for users you've shared your pms with.
Thanks again for developing such a nice product, and getting user input for developing it's feature set.
Isn't this most liked feature now? Please give us this!
Especially user control, we don't all own a CDN!
Although PlexWatch solves most of this, the functionality really needs to be built into PMS.
+1 for being able to manage access for remote users as far as number of streams allowed. User management should be more than just allowing access to libraries with no resource limitations.
