I just got Plex yesterday, and have been using it on my PS4.
I've had some issues when adding movies/show onto my media server.
I added a few episodes of a show, and it shows that they've been successfully added onto my Plex, but then when I go to watch it on my PS4, it says that the content doesn't exist.
have you verified in plex/web that the tv shows exist? Do a scan on the TV Shows library you made from the management application (plex/web) from the left menu's where it lists your libraries. Select your TV Show library, and in the next screen, near the top right, about where the settings and user are located, you will see an icon that looks similar to a refresh arrow, circle. click that and allow plex to scan your TV shows library. You can also open up a TV Show and see if it says Unavailable in red, if it doses, then your content source (where the tv show is stored) is missing. if it does not show unavailable in red, your tv shows are detected in plex, and will show up on the PS4. If they are missing, check your source, local hard drive, NAS, network location.

I did all that, and it worked for that show.
I keep trying to add episodes of "Shameless" onto Plex, but whenever I add them as TV Shows, nothing shows up. I added those episodes as Movies, and they then appear. I can watch them from my Plex on the web, but when I try to watch them on my PS4, it says "No videos are available in this library. Please add videos and/or check that "Include in Dashboard" is enabled"
