Hey there fellow Plex-ers
Here’s the problem I’m having.
When I access Plex via a browser on my laptop or chromebook, the menu shows both “Movies & TV” and “Web Shows”.
The same goes for the app on my Android Phone. It too shows both “Movies & TV” and “Web Shows”.
However, when I open the Plex app on my PS4, the menu only shows “Web Shows”.
“Movies & TV” is not shown!
So while in my browser, I checked the settings for Online Media Sources, both “Movie & TV” and “Web Shows” are shown as Enabled
On my PS4 there are no account restrictions whatsoever. And Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube all work just fine on the PS4.
I’ve searched both this and several other fora, but I just can’t figure out why the PS4 isn’t showing the “Movies & TV” in the menu.
Is there something I’m missing here?

p.s.
As a test, I just installed the Plex app on my Windows 10 PC, and there the “Movies & TV” is also not shown in the menu.
But when I use a browser on my Win10 PC, both are shown.
But I’m only interested in the PS4 app, since the whole family watches streaming services on that.
