When selecting a collection in the player app on FireTV Cube’s (2nd Gen) and Fire TV Sticks there is only the orange circle animation to indicate that the app and server are trying to communicate\buffer if the Shuffle button is pressed.
This issue doesn’t exist in the web player on laptops.
The android devices are connected via ethernet 1Gbps and are present on the PMS’ local network, playback allows direct playback and streaming. There is no transcoding to take place. The first item for the Shuffle is never decided\selected by the app.
