Shuffle Video Files Stops Working

If I am watching a TV series on my Amazon Fire Stick and have it in Shuffle mode, after it plays the video and then does the countdown to play the next video, it then just stops at a black screen. The video is fine because if I choose the same episode manually it works fine, it just doesn’t shuffle.

I have this same problem with my android TV. I use it to shuffle music videos but it often stops shuffling for no reason and just stops at a black screen.

I don’t have this problem with my LG (non android) TV so it seems to be an app issue? Is this being looked at?
