Shuffle was broken a long time ago in the FireTV app. At some point in 2020 they fixed it, and it worked great. I recently had to get a new firestick and when plex downloaded it downloaded a brand new app. Well, shuffle is broken again in the latest iteration. I made sure not to update the plex app on one of the other TVs I have and it still works perfectly. What happens is you put it on shuffle, and after the first video, it stops. You can manually click on next, but it doesn’t automatically play the next file.
