Whenever I go to Recently Added, and press shuffle, I always get songs by Aphex Twin at the beginning. A different song, but always by Aphex.
Something seems to not be random enough?
Actually, this seems to be an issue in the main Plex iOS app as well? interesting
ED: Desktop app, web player, all of them have the same effect.
Other libraries that include Aphex twin don’t seem to do this, so somehow it must be due to my library.
Maybe you added Aphex Twin in the future? 
In the web app, go to your music library.
Switch to the “Library” tab.
Set the view mode to “Artists”
and sort order to “date added”
look what date appears under Aphex Twin
Is it possible that Aphex Twin is the only artist where you have added a “star” rating to some of its tracks?
Could you show me a screenshot where you “go to Recently Added”?
I am a bit unclear about that.
That’s a thing I only found in Plex Amp, but the issue actually persists when I’m just shuffling the entire library as well. Let me re-name the topic for that.

Anybody here know what a QRNG is? It’s a type of random number generator. You can use it to randomize a list of beat poets, a list of blown groceries, a list of numbers…OR…wait for it…a list of SONGS. It’s amazing, and I really wish it would be incorporated into Plex shuffle play. It is the way forward, instead of shuffle depending on some kind of lame deterministic algorithm.
