I originally signed up using my Apple ID on my Apple phone. I am trying to sign in on my iPad and Apple ID is not an option. I try loving in with email, Facebook and Google and I get the error attached. I have already verified my account. Can anyone help?
Your Plex account is currently only connected to your Apple ID.
Which means none of the other options will work, unless you add them explicitly https://support.plex.tv/articles/use-federated-authentication-to-sign-in/
Could you make a screenshot of the page where the login options are shown?
