I can’t open PLEX on my iPad , when sign in Coming with:
ERROR
User Could not be authenticated
Click on Manu
It said MY Computer OFFLINE in red
I.m an older person and don’t know much
Can someone help me step by step how to fix it

I think we can help.
When I use Safari to visit this website, I sign in with my email and password so that I can post to the forum. The Account sign in screen looks like this:
When I bought a new iPad, I wanted the Plex App on it.
I installed the Plex App from the App Store.
I started the Plex App.
It asked me to sign in. (it will only ask once)
Again I used the same email and password that I used on the Plex.tv website.
I don’t use the Continue with Apple option.

I already have app on my iPad and was trying to sign in with email and a password that I have on my computer, but it was coming with an Error:User could not be authenticated
I will try to delete that app and downloaded again

“Error: User could not be authenticated” appears when I make a typo.
It could have been the email was typed incorrectly, or it could have been the password.
