Can’t sign into the plex app on my iPad Air 2nd gen. Whenever I click the sign in button and insert my credentials it just “refreshes” the app and makes me sign in again in an infinite loop.
Do you use multi-factor authentication? I’ve found that I have to sign in using the browser, and I suspect that my multi-factor authentication setting to be the culprit as others in my family who don’t use it seem to be able to sign in just fine using email and password. When I try to sign in using the email+password option, it just loops back around to the screen that takes my email and password, sometimes with an error about invalid credentials.
Are you signing in “with Apple”?
