Simple question, but I'm nervous:changing email

I have had a Plex media server for years, supporting my family members and a couple friends. I am contemplating switching ISP’s and would need to change the email address that I am using and am afraid (HUGE AMOUNT OF SERVER SETUP) of losing my account. It has a Plex Pass which I need to keep of course. And when I tried to just enter my gmail account instead of the current one it bombed. I don’t see a “CHANGE YOUR EMAIL” prompt.

Is there a HUMAN anywhere at Plex HQ?

You don’t need to re-setup your server,
you don’t need to log out and back in.

It won’t let me change to my Gmail account,saying it was already used, but I removed that and it still won’t let me change to it.
It would be nice to have the plex.tv folks help, but I don’t see how.

After removing an account, the associated email cannot be re-used for a further month.
This also is shown to you when you delete the account.

After you hit delete on the account page it takes you here where you have to enter your password to confirm you want it deleted and understand what it says there.
