I have one user that is able to direct play at any bitrate or play at any bitrate remotely. None of my other users are able to do this. My current bitrate limit for remote is 4mbps. Tautulli shows his IP is detected as WAN, but it also shows 0kb for his bandwidth and there is no data for their stream under plex dashboard.
