Have been using timers with the option set to mark ads and prompt for skip since it was introduced. I record soaps for my wife to watch every day.
I updated my Plex Server to 1.41.5.9522 and this feature has been non existent for those shows since then. Don’t know if something broke or if I need to try a reinstall. Everything else is working fine.
I have done the following basic steps;
-deleted the original timers and created new ones with the same parameters.
-rebooted the Plex Server.
These three soaps are coming from OTA on two different networks (CBS-2, ABC-1). So, I do not think it is the feed.
I have not regressed server versions until I see if any of you have any ideas. I dread regressing because if I make any “out of the norm” changes to Plex, I lose my collection and have to start over. (At least that has been the norm since I have been using Plex)
Running Plex Server on Windows 10 Pro x64. Plenty of RAM, plenty of NVDIA video memory, plenty of Intel processing power with 8 cores.
Plex is installed to a non C JBOD drive and has been for years.
