Same here. Stopped working about 2 weeks ago on both my plex servers. Running Version 1.30.0.6406 also. This happened a few years ago. I ended up going back a few versions (which restored the functionality) until it was fixed.
I backed down to version 1.29.1.6316 from a month ago and commercial deletion is working for me again (didn’t try mark for skipping). I think they broke something with a recent update…
I also have the same issue using HDHomeRun Flex on 1.30.0.6406. I also reverted to 1.29.1.6316 and it fixed it. However this morning Plex auto updated back to the latest version and the commercials aren’t deleting again. Is there a way to stop the auto updating? Dear Plex team do you have this as a known issue in the latest version? We hate commercials! LOL.
