I’ve been listening to entire albums using ‘Random Album Radio’, or just putting on an album (plex just starts another album after the first one is over, which I really like). Sometimes, I’m just not feeling that particular record. It’d be cool if instead of hitting ‘Next Track’ (n) times until the album is over, I can just long press the fast forward button (maybe shift+click or ctrl+click on desktop) and then skip the entire album.
Great idea.
Have you actually tried to do that?
Yes. None of the suggested gestures on mobile or desktop do anything at all. (Android mobile, Pop_OS! desktop.)
For random album radio (and album radios created from the radio icon on album screens), long pressing the skip button should skip to the next album in the queue.
And so it does. But only on radios, like you said. I suppose it could be a little tricky to implement when you just put any album on. Cool, thanks m8
