Skip Intro button

I used to see this button on my old server. I have now setup a new account for me and my family to use with a new Plex server in it and I can no longer see the “Skip Intro” button come up.

I have read that it is a Plex Pass feature and we now have a lifetime Plex Pass on the account … but still no button.

Does it take a while for this button to show up after the server has analysed the video a few times ?

The intro detection runs during the nightly server maintenance period.
Chances are that your new server hasn’t gotten around to detecting them for all your series.
Provided, the detection is actually enabled.

I have onky a couple of hours ago added the Plex Pass to the new account so I will wait and see what it looks like tomorrow.

I thought it would be something simple but I do find the button very useful!
