Skip intro new plex pass user

Hi i have just gotten plex pass and ive tried a bunch of things to get the skip intro to work ill detail as much as i can and let me know what to do!
Im using:

Plex fully updated
Roku tv
Samsung galaxy s23ultra

Ive tried
Updating plex
Deleting and reinstalling my server
Ive changed all the settings the plex instructions said
Ive analysed all my libraries
Ive quadrupled my steps to make sure i did it all right but if anyone has suggestions please reach out i basically bought olex pass just to have this feature

Also i have tried on 50 or so shows with over 20 second intros

Intro detection won’t be performed when you analyze a whole library at once.
Try one single episode.
As for the rest, enable the Scheduled Task to detect intros.

Awesome thanks for the tip, is there a faster way to analyze? Or does plex do it automatically over time?

The latter. You can extend the server maintenance window to speed it up a bit.

Sorry for all the noobiness of my questions where can i change that maintenance window at?
