Skip intro stopped works

Hi , i have a Plex server on unraid , Always updated to the latest version.
The skip intro button didn’t appeared for a month, I tried with 3 different devices but nothing to do.

Can you help me ?

update , i noticed intro stop working when skin credit is added.
