Some TV episodes have a recap at the start, usually before or after the intro. It would be great if Plex could somehow recognise these and allow us to skip them the same way we can with Intro’s.

With intros you have a recurring theme. The recap / “Previously…” part (and similarly previews) is that they’re different with every episode – which makes it near impossible for Plex to recognize those.
There’s an existing suggestion discussing an option to manually set the timeframes of a recap. Personally I’m not sure about the usability of such an option.
