Skipping Up Next & better shuffling?

I like plex to go straight to the next 10 sec wait Up next/On Deck screen

Play episodes until I stop it or change the number of episodes before it waits to see if your still there

I like it to better shuffle tv episodes when I click shuffle show/season, it always shuffles them in the same order it did the last time it shuffle them

Does it have to run online even when on the host device (nvidia shield)
