Slow content playback on Roku Ultra on both stable and preview apps

Remote logs have been enabled on my roku ultra.

This issue started earlier this month around January 13th. In the past when i would hit play it would load almost instantly but for some reason it takes up to a minute. When playback finally does start it will buffer a few times. Im almost positive it s not network related because other app on my roku Disney+ Hulu Netfilx etc are able to play content with no issue at 4k. When i play the same content on my chromecast ultra playback beings instantly. I am seeing this issue in both the stable and preview build of the Plex app.
