I’ve been converting my library over to HEVC (x265) to take advantage of the (often an order of magnitude) smaller file sizes. Sometimes, when I test a download the video on the web player “stutters”. For awhile I saw this was because of one release group so I chalked it up to that.
Since then, it’s been happening more often - but only on the Web Client. If I play the same file on Chromecast or FireTV, it plays fine. It also plays fine if I choose “Convert Automatically” on the Web Client.
Not the end of the world - just thought I’d bring it to someone’s attention in case there’s a relatively easy fix (I know, I know, no such thing in the world of coding).
Anyway, the Logs are attached for both before and after “convert automatically” turned on in case that offers any clues…
