Building a basic smart collection for unplayed shows - shows for which no episodes have ever been played. Criteria is: Show Plays is 0. But results include shows that are fully watched and part watched. Have user view set for collection and both admin and user have different results - as expected - but both wrong. Have deleted smart collection, rebooted server, emptied trash, cleaned media bundles and optimised database, but exact same result when recreating collection. What is the very obvious thing I have missed that is preventing this from working?
