Smart TV, configuration of font size, save different font size for subtitles srt and ass

Hello, first an apology because my English is not very good and thanks for your help.

I have a Samsung Smart TV 46 inches, I have TV shows with ass and srt subtitles, those subtitles ass some internal subtitles and other external, have a size of font preset 24, I tested on laptops and monitors 19 and 26 inches with different players and correctly reproduce the fonts regardless of the size of the monitor.

On TV Smart with Plex set the font size to 26 and the videos are played correctly, the problem occurs when I switch to video with subtitles srt, subtitles are very small compared to the 46-inch television, change the size the font to 50 and look the right size, change to a video with subtitles ass and now look of an exaggeratedly large.

I have to be changing in size with every change subtitle srt or ass, even I have video with the two types of subtitles and the problem always happens, I have no problem in changing the sizes of fonts but my parents do not know how to change it.

I was researching and several people complain about the problem of the size of the fonts when they change devices especially Smart TV.

I think one solution could be to save different settings for subtitles srt and one for ass, another solution might be to respect the configuration of the size of the source file .ass because if it does with other configurations such as position, color, etc.

The problem could be that apparently Plex sum the size of the font set in Smart TV to the pre-configured in the file with extension ass.
