So how am I supposed to get help here

So there are no Plex people helping

You ask a question, and then (often) it gets answered. Just like this one!

Please, first read other users’ posts and see how they formulate their questions, and also provide details. The last two topics you opened weren’t answered due to the lack of information.

this is where it showed that screen shot

I’m gonna check when I get home

So, I looked into it and all the errors that I could find were related to network connectivity. I would suggest you going to Settings > Network > Preferred network interface and select the interface with the IP 192.168.0.9.
Also make sure your server is connected to your ARRIS Router through a cable, not wifi.

I am hooked up with Lan and I set it up with static ip I have over 2 years and this is new.

Also I have selected that crash information go to Plex, why can’t they help

There is only forum support and on occasion a Plex employee will jump in and help. Don’t dispear, there are many smart forum members that are willing to help out.

What is strange about your problem, I have a similar setup with no issue.

Do you use a VPN?

If so I would try clearing your DNS cache.

To clear the DNS cache for MacOS 10.11, you must: Navigate to Applications → Utilities → Terminal. Execute the following command: sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

This looks like some network problem. Have you attempted rebooting everything? Router, server and all your clients.
