So many crashes, so little Developer response

I came here to see if anyone else was experiencing heaps of crashes using the PS4 app, and I find lots of posts about this very same issue, but I couldn’t find a single developer response saying they are aware of the issue and are looking into it.

Why?

This is clearly a serious issue for a lot of people (and we are paying customers!!!).

IMO there should be a sticky at the top of the forum addressing this issue with an ETA on when a fix is likely.

Indeed, no response in this amount of time is troubling. I’m guessing not everyone is reporting the problem because I know for a fact that its affecting multiple ps4s as my friends and my brothers are having the same problem. I’m starting to look for alternate software and cancelling my subscription as this is not what I paid for.

If anyone else is having this problem please post here or on the other topics regarding the same issue, otherwise I guess the developers won’t take it seriously.
