So Plex Vizio stops working during a pandemic

I am at work and don’t have model numbers, but I downloaded the latest Windows version last night, and have a late 2016 48-inch Vizio TV and I get the black screen.

Why in the world would you guys break this functionality on the eve of the world shutting down?

We have a stay at home order in California, and now I can’t use Plex OR buy a newer TV.

My Vizio stopped working also. It doesn’t say unable to connect or anything, just generates a black screen after the Plex logo.
