Everything works in my plex setup except the search. Works nowhere (not in web, not via app e.g. Android TV). Somewhen somehow it broke.
I’m currently running Plex 1.30.0 on TS-853A using QTS 5.1.1.2491 and Plex Web 4.87.2.
The NAS itself is running on an internal IP 192.168.x.y and plex is exposed via http://192.168.x.y:32400/web/index.html#!/
What I noticed, in the web search, I see a LOT of errors in the js console

I don’t know if any of them is related, but if I had to take a guess I would say it’s the last 3:
- The access to http://127.0.0.1:32400/media/providers looks strange, i.e. the 127.0.0.1, because this is the plex version I access on the NAS IP ?!
- “Error: No search feature found on provider” is pretty clear in some way
I’ve no idea why it would try to access something on 127.0.0.1 and of course it makes sense this request does not work.
All other features are working, I’m using it daily to stream stuff, add stuff etc. It’s just the search. I checked my whole plex config and found nothing related to 127.0.0.1 or so.
Any ideas?

ps2: I also checked already SQLite database, integrity is fine, reindex was fine too.
Edit: since the topic was auto-closed, I couldn’t add a reply that I found the problem: Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox was enabled → once I disabled it, everything was working again.
