  2. This should be fixed in a recent update, let us know if it’s not the case.
  3. That appears to be a server issue we’re looking into.
  4. Do you have an Xbox One? HEVC is not direct streamble on the original Xbox One and so enabling subtitles will trigger a transcode.

As for your seeking issue, it’s something we’re working on.
