(Solved) Duplicate TV Channels in Guide on Apple TV and Web App

For some reason I am getting duplicates of every channel.

I tried removing the channels from the HDHomeRun Extend in Plex and re-adding them. Reinstalled Plex Apple TV app as well. Signed out of Plex server on Apple TV and back in as well.

Problem still persists.

OK I had to remove the DVR from Plex and re-add. All is fixed. This should be in the FAQ somewhere.
