Just got my Plex Pass and setup my PMS this weekend. I added 2 HDHR Connects, the 2 tuner versions. I’m using OTA.
The first tuner device added was fine and worked. Selected US and OTA, guide downloaded and all was fine till I added the second device. Both devices are the same, running the same firmware and both have the same channels selected for OTA in the US and the same zip code. Once the guide refreshed from adding the second device I now have duplicate channels in the android app and the web guide is off by 30 or 60 minutes.
The android app shows 2 of each channel. I assume one for each device. The web app’s guide is showing the current show on at the current time and then the same show again 30 or 60 minutes later. For example, Megyn Kelly Today is on at 9:00am. Then Today With Kathie Lee & Hoda is supposed to be on after that at 10:00am but instead Megyn Kelly shows it is on again at 10 and Today With Kathie Lee & Hoda shows to be on at 11:00am. If I click the > to move the guide to the 10:00 hour, then Today With Kathie Lee & Hoda shows as what is on at 10 but again at 11:00am.
If I remove the second device, once the guide refreshes, both the web and android app guides are fine.
I’m currently running Version 1.13.2.5154 on Win10 Pro.
I saw this once during Testing of the grid view but could not replicate it nor could the Devs. On another thread a user noticed it during a guide refresh. I have two connects and an Extend I was using during testing and only noticed that issue the one time. Perhaps add the other tuner again and wait until the guide fully refreshes and then check again. This information has been passed on to the Devs.
Thanks for the info. I have re-added the device. First time I added one device, then the other. Looked at the guide and saw it as I described. So I deleted the DVR and tried again only adding 1 device, checked the guide and it was fine so I added the second device. THat’s when I noticed the guide was messed up. Both times I waited till the guide was finished downloading before looking at the guide.
I tried refreshing the guide once more with both devices configured and now the shows are trippled in the web app guide. I also tried restarting the server and now the android app is correct but the web guide is still messed up.
Looking further I noticed the web app guide seems to be fine if I look at the next day. In fact, if I skip to today at late night (10:00pm) the guide looks correct. If I scroll earlier the guide seems correct until I go earlier than 6:30pm. Once I scroll to 6:00pm the guide starts to mess up again.
Guess I’ll leave it be for now and see if it’s corrected itself tonight at 7:00pm

I found another thread discussing the same problem I have and it mentioned using a different browser.
I was using FF so I tried Chrome. The guide was fine in chrome. So I logged out of the web app in FF and when I logged back it is was fine now.
Hopefully that was the problem.
