I’d like to know if it’s possible to provide library access to another plex user’s managed users. So say I give access to bob but bob has his son, wife and neighbor that shares the same account but are given managed accounts. Do I need to have bob buy PlexPass for each of the family member or is it possible to give bob’s managed users access to my plex server?
No.
Bob could convert them from managed users to regular users. They will have their own e-mail address, password, & login. They can still be part of Bob’s Plex Home and inherit his Plex Pass capabilities, such as unlocking the mobile apps.
You can then invite them as Friends and share libraries with them. They cannot be part of your Plex Home.
