I recently added my Blu-ray rip of Stagecoach (1939) to my server but for some reason, Plex refuses to show the local extras, or special features from the disc. I’m almost 100% sure I’ve labeled everything correctly (see screenshot) and I’ve not had this issue with any other move in my library so I’m really at a loss as to what the problem is. Any help is greatly appreciated.
You could try fixing the 1st file name from your screenshot (-feauturette vs. -featurette).
If something got stuck… it can sometimes also help to clear the cache before trying to add it again (via Settings > [Server Name] > Manage > Troubleshooting)
Thanks! I removed the movie folder from the server, went into troubleshooting, optimized the database and cleaned the bundles, then re-introduced the movie folder and everything showed up. Weird, must have been some sort of glitch.
