[Solved] "No soup for you!" Error message when connecting to Plex Media Server

Hello,

I’ve recently bought a new NAS server a few days ago, and I’ve decided to install Plex from Plex’s website. However, once trying to connect to the Plex media server and logging in, I get the “No soup from you” message. I have tried to restart PMS, but I’m unsure of what to do next.

I’m not quite sure what happened, but for some reason it started working again. Appreciate the help tho!

I believe using the NAS IP instead of the DDNS solved the issue, or that i just need it to sort things out.
