I cannot get Plex working! No Soup

Server Version#:1.18.5.2309-f5213a238
Player Version#:???
I have installed the Plex Media Server on my NAS and when I go to the web site it says “No soup for you!” I have never been able to get this to work.
I have removed the package from my NAS and retried, I have removed the ‘devices’ from the website and I have followed many of the forum advice posts as well and am at a total loss.
Ultimately i want to get the Plex server working on my Samsung TV’s as a substitute for the DS Video app.
Please can someone help me?

Hi,
Thanks for replying.
I have done this and i still get the same message, No soup for you. Although the format of it looks a little different now.

Thanks, here are the log files.

There is no cable plugged in for the second ethernet connection. It is just a static IP address that i set up.

Bump!
Is anyone able to offer any further help?

I seem to have got it to work, and rather annoyingly it was due to the Synology package centre displaying the url with the domain name rather than an IP address. Why would it do this when it clearly doesn’t work?
Once I had put the local IP address in it worked first time.
I guess the next question is can I use the domain name for accessing my library over the internet?
Thanks for your help.
