As per title
I have triggered a full metadata refresh for my library to update IMDB ratings and make sure metadata is updated in general. It took sometimes to complete but it’s now done.
Now browsing my library there are no subtitles seen by plex despite the .srt existing (and untouched compared to the past) on the very same folder where the video lives.
The Server is Linux and using the Web client to verify this but other clients don’t see the subtitles either.
How to fix this?
