[SOLVED] Where are the DVR settings stored?

Occasionally, my Plex Media Server (PMS) gets wrapped around the axle, and I am not able to bring it back. Performing a fresh install and re-scanning the existing libraries is not that big a deal, and I can usually have the fresh install back up and running in about an hour, library scans and all.

The one thing that I cannot easily restore is all the DVR settings. Are these settings stored in a file that can easily be backed up and restored? Or are these settings stored in a database where the necessary tables can be exported, backed up, and then imported into a fresh install?

There are settings in various tables covering DVRs, channel mapping, and scheduled recordings
