When I go to the Plex Web site to use Plex I see all my libraries. When I go to my Roku Player, some are missing. I see for example the “Movies” library shows up but I also have libraries for “Movies-Film Noir,” Movies-Science Fiction" that are not showing up in Roku. Yet they show up on the Web. Plex web tells me they are pinned. Is there any way I can see those libraries again? They did show up until about a month ago. And yes, I’ve updated my server and players are the latest version…
The settings for pinned items on the web are strictly for web only. Any other client devices are not synced. This means you will have to look for the MORE menu item on the bottom of your Plex for Roku app. Clicking MORE takes you to a listing of all the connected servers and allows you to pin additional libraries that are hidden. Any pinned menu items to that Roku device stays on that device and isn’t synced to any other Plex for Roku installs.
