Some managed users can’t download

I have admin account and six managed users running on a synology 1520+ DSM 7 with the above version. And upgrade is just due today but I don’t think that will affect this issue.I will run the upgrade to see.

The admin account and two of the managed user accounts can download any file from any mobile access. IPAD or android for offline use.

The others can’t from anything and even the very same items. I can see no difference in the accounts and don’t really want to recreate them and lose history.

I created a new test managed account and that has full download rights.

Any ideas what is preventing those three accounts from download rights?

Q1: are those actually managed users or regular users you invited into your Plex Home?
Q2: did you check Allow downloads in the sharing restrictions for those accounts?

Yes every one is a managed user. I created them myself.

As for allow Downloads where is it? I have gone through every setting five times tonight and can’t find anything related to that

Ok, I am lost, I have just gone through everything again both on the admin login and the managed users. I can’t find what you are showing. Sorry but can you do this for the hard of thinking
