Unable to sync movie managed user

Greetings everyone.

I have a plex subscription on the main account that the server is logged into.

Managed users and home users are unable sync/download movies to my phone or other devices.

Sync/download is only possible from the main/admin user of that account.

I have checked fhe rights, what i can see i allowed everything.

What i can see online this also should bee possible for the added homeusers and managed users.

The option isnt there on the home and managed user.
When i switch to the admin account fhat one with rhe crown the option does show up.

Please anyone help me i would really appreciate it.
Im a paying plex user.

Did you specifically enable the sync/download option in the sharing options of each user?

Yes i did.
Like in the pictures.

My server doesnt transcode as far as i know. Its a synology nas, but that shouldnt be a problem since it is possible for the admin.
Also the server is only reachable from inside the network.

It doesnt matter if i enable or disable it for the users, its stil only possible for the admin.

I’ve been checking some other support articles. From what I can find you might have run into one of the restrictions of mobile sync by syncing/downloading with your own (admin) account.
According to the support article on the mobile sync feature, the client can only sync media for 1 account per device (assuming a phone is mostly used by a single user).

Note : … . Only one user can have synced content at any given time on a particular device.
