Many thanks Otto, what you have written now makes perfect sense to me, by following steps 1-5 I’m confident that I can sort this out now. Just needed the step by step process to follow. Looks like I’ve got a bit of work ahead of me, but it’s all good :slight_smile:

I reiterate the recommendation for Filebot

Regarding that Leonhard Cohen video, that is not a tv show (in the Plex meaning=series) so it cannot go into a series library. It must be placed into a Home video or Movies library.
(Unless you want to ‘make-up’ a Leonhard Cohen ‘series’ from scratch…)

Thanks Otto. I will certainly be following your recommendation for filebot.

The Leonard Cohen was placed in an other videos library within plex but didn’t show up when scanned (went into Mick Fleetwood instead), found it using the scanner log and worked it out from there so all good.
