I’m having some problem with a few of my latest movies where the metadata gets changed every refresh even if I lock the poster for example.
Checking the logs when doing a folder refresh gives me the following where all the warnings are related to the titles that are giving me problems.
I’ve updated the db, cleaned the bundles and emptied the trash, but still the same problem!
From your pic, It doesn’t look like that movie has match/downloaded everything completely or half-assed it and your poster for that movie is just a still image of the movie.

I would remove the file and empty trash/ clean bundles, etc… You may want to fix the filename. Many people might give you grief about that.

Oh yeah, here’s a little fyi.
clean bundles should be after empty trash cause a movies (or tv shows) “bundle” is still in use til you empty trash.
Ah cool, I run ran them from top to bottom, good to know!
lol, I know. it’s strange that they are not “in order” of how they should be executed. Clean Bundles will only delete metadata info that’s no longer in use but any item with a trashcan icon is still active(and may be reused if the media is found again) and will not be flagged. go figure…
