Just finished building my i9 9940x monster PC on a connection of 400 down and 40 up
Here are some questions, please forgive my newbieness
Most of my collection consists of personally .vob and .m2ts video ripped from my personal collection.
Can it stream those formats natively? If not, what format should I convert them to?
Does handbrake have a function to feed it 20 different titles, come back in the morning and it’s converted?
Can plex info be used on another of my PCs with the same log in?
Can plex settings be transferred when migrating to a New PC?
If I buy the premium plex, will hauppague win tv (ATSC version) stream to my phone?

But the superior way is to re-package to MKV format.

Yes, you can build a ‘queue’ with conversion jobs.
Not sure what you are asking here. Plex is a media server. Of course you can access it from other devices, as long as both have an internet connection.

Yes, as long as you stay within the same OS, this is possible.

Some users use Hauppauge tuner cards. Whether they will work good, to their full potential, I don’t know.
Officially supported are only the networked tuners from Silicon Dust.
