Some releases do not show when "group albums by type" is enabled

I have 55 releases for a certain artist. They all show up correctly under the artist when it “group albums by type” is disabled, but if I enable that setting, only about 25 of the releases show, and there is no Singles and EPs section, and those items do not show up at all. Any ideas how to fix?

Are you using an old, deprecated Plex client or a generic DLNA compatible player? Both of these cannot see releases except regular albums.

No, this is using the plex web interface. But somehow over the last 24 hours the issue seems to have resolved itself and there is now a Singles and EPs section. I’ll mark it solved.
