I have a few users listed in my home list and they are remote (not in my house) How do I get them out of there and moved to the “Friends” list?
Just remove them from your Home. They will be returned to the Friends list automatically.
hmm. Ok I went to remove them and realized one of the users I added a few years ago is listed as the Admin and not my account. How is that even possible? I cant delete anyone in there because ti thinks Im not an admin.
After reading up some I am misunderstanding what the Crown icon means. But still, I dont see a way to delete the home users.
The crown indicates the Admin/owner of the server. If you are logged into your server, and the crown is not on your user, then your friend probably invited you to his Plex Home, and you accepted. Since you can only be in one Plex Home, when you joined his, you left your own.
If that’s the case, then you need to click the ‘X’ on your own user. You should see a message asking if you want to ‘leave this home,’ or something like that. If you leave your friend’s Plex Home, you should automatically be returned to your own, and you will be the Admin (crown).
